dear friends are priceless

Good evening Muffins:

I had the opportunity to reconnect with a dear friend and sister of mine over the past couple of days. Isn't it fun and amazing how some people enter your life and no matter the circumstance of your introduction, you know you have known them before. I have been blessed with many friends with whom I share that instant familiarity. I often refer to those folks as persons with "Old Souls". I am grateful for these relationships. They are the people I tend to turn to (and lean on) for my support through the tough times. They are the ones who never say the obvious about weight gain or a bad dye job. The same ones who will offer kind words of encouragement when you tell them you lost a few pounds or decided that chartreuse wasn't really the color for you after all. These are the people who will maybe say something about you to another friend and even if it gets back to you in a negative way, you need not question their intent. You know they have your best interest. I am so blessed by so many people in my life who are in this category.

I hope each of you has someone like that to rely upon muffins. They are dear and should be treated as gold. This is a short post tonight because I wanted to let the girls in Green Bay (especially Anni) know I am thinking of them. Have great communion with one another and I cannot wait to see the triplets soon.

Love, Peace & Joy
Mrs. P
